Our fine art prints are made with the utmost care and are fully insured during shipping. If your artwork is damaged or defective upon arrival, your satisfaction is especially important to us.
To ensure a smooth process, we ask you to contact us by e-mail to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Together we will find a suitable solution – be it a replacement, a refund or another arrangement that suits you.
