the best way to get to stellenbosch

The easiest and quickest way to get from Cape Town to Stellenbosch is by rental car. We always rely on Sunny Cars. With Sunny Cars, you as a customer are always 100% insured and don’t have to worry about nasty surprises. The route is only about 50km and offers you beautiful landscapes as well as short but striking views of the Cape Flats from the highway. If you are not traveling by rental car, trains also run between Cape Town and Stellenbosch, but we would not recommend this for safety reasons. Alternatively, it is best to use the shuttle services (the white cabs).

The Cheetah Outreach is a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and conservation of cheetahs and is located about 30km from Stellenbosch. The cost of petting the animals is 700 Rand per person, but entry to the sanctuary in general is free. For us, cheetahs are by far the most beautiful and majestic animals of all and we would like to warmly recommend this unique experience to you.
